Isn’t it my right to have a walk thru when we move out?
Our landlord is just asking us to hand him to keys without a final walk thru. And, he said not to expect any of our deposit back. Doesn’t he have to provide us with documentation of repairs?
The only “repairs” would be carpet cleaning, painting and a few small holes from having things on the wall…
Most landlords want to do a walk through and why is he saying not to expect any of your deposit back?. Yes he has to provide you with detailed documentation of all damages he wants to claim. Take lots of pictures before you leave.
